YBX3 series flame-proof three-phase asynchronous motors are designed and developed based on YB2 series flame-proof motors as the catch-up goal, combined with the actual situation of the explosion-proof motor industry and the market in my country. It is an updated product of YB2 series explosion-proof motors. Coal, petroleum, chemical and other industries provide a new generation of more advanced, safer and more reliable power equipment.
YBX3 series flameproof three-phase asynchronous motors have the following main advantages
1. Explosion-proof performance meets the new standard: Explosion-proof performance meets GB3836.1-2010 "Explosive Environment Part 1: General Requirements for Equipment" and GB3836.2-2010 "Explosive Environment Part 2: Equipment Protected by Flameproof Enclosure "d" "It also complies with IEC60079-1 and European standards.
2.High explosion-proof safety and reliable operation: the motor protection level is IP55, the shaft penetration part adopts a V-shaped shaft sealing ring, and the junction box adopts a circular stop and sealing ring, which improves the processing accuracy of the main components and is more dustproof and waterproof. The IP54 of the YB2 series is increased by one level, and the motor runs more reliably.
