contour systems of material movement inside the drum casings, distributing the

of the entrance to the drum, increasing the area of the heat agent.

thermal expansion of the metal, which in competitors leads to structural
deformation and premature failure.

intelligent and easy to operate.
Principle operation of SINONINE drying machine
By the feeding device, the material enters
the inner part of the rotating drum for subsequent drying. Due to the original
arrangement, the material pushing the blades is tedded and moving in the
opposite direction of the drum, effectively blowing hot flue gases.
Upon reaching the back due to the transfer
device, the material enters the second external chamber and is directed along
it in the opposite direction. Everything also happens in the tracking third
external chamber of the dryer drum.
By heating the inner drum casing and the
combined chamber wall, the partitions are heated from all sides, which
increases the heat transfer area.
Due to the reduced weight, more dried
material moves faster throughout the entire volume of the drum than wet
material and is quickly carried outside the drying chamber.
By adjusting the air flow and the speed of
rotation of the drum, you can adjust its parameters in terms of quality and
quantity of dried product.

conveying device for further transfer.
