The temperature control of the box atmosphere furnace is to change the heating power of the furnace according to the deviation between the actual temperature and the set temperature, so that the furnace temperature is within the set temperature range and meet the heating process requirements. The heating power determines the temperature of the furnace and the speed of the heating rate. The stability of the heating power determines the stability of the temperature of the resistance furnace. There are many ways to change the heating power. Common types of thyristor regulators and electric furnace transformer control methods, etc., which heating method is determined by the structure, use and temperature of the furnace.
Method 1 Protective Gas Replacement Method:
1. The shielding gas should generally be introduced into the furnace before the temperature of the atmosphere furnace is raised.
2. The protective gas can be accessed through the upper, lower and rear washing furnace port. The needle valve of the exhaust port should be opened to the large size to facilitate the discharge of the air in the furnace as soon as possible.
3. Generally, protective gas of about 10 times the volume of the furnace is introduced into the furnace, so that the oxygen concentration in the furnace can be reduced to about 10 pm.
4. When the oxygen concentration in the furnace meets the requirements of the product process, the needle valve of the exhaust port can be closed to save the protective gas, close the washing port, and enter the flow port through the flow meter.
5. During the use of the atmosphere furnace, a positive pressure must be maintained in the furnace to prevent the outside air from entering the furnace.
