The furnace body is divided into two parts, one third of which is the furnace cover, which can be fully opened sideways manually, and two-thirds of which are fixed furnace bodies. The design is unique and easy to operate. A jacket is formed between the two layers to remove the heat transferred to the furnace shell by the cooling water, so that the temperature of the furnace wall does not exceed 60 ° C, and the upper and lower flanges are welded as a whole. In the middle, there are infrared temperature measuring holes (protective atmosphere vents), thermocouple temperature measuring holes, air venting holes and observation holes, platinum-iridium thermocouples have a temperature-automatic exit device, and infrared temperature observation holes have glass-air blowing anti-fog devices.
