1.How many molds you produce every year?

We can produce 350-400 sets molds every year, nearly 30 sets monthly for general size 500mm*600mm

2.What's your payment term?

Tooling payment:100% for Hot Runner System with 40% deposit. 30% for first mold trial while 30% balance before shipment

3.What's your delivery time?

Generally it takes 30-45 days.  The mould building time is calculated from receipt of final drawings and deposit and mould design confirmation to the first trial sample.

4.How about the samples? For free?

The quantity of each testing is 5~20 shots in one time. The express charge of the samples will be paid by the customer. 

5.What information needed for quotation?

*Plastic material

*Hot or Cold runner. Pls notify us the hot runner brand, YUDO, INCOE, SYVENTIVE, MOLDMASTER.....

*Standard for moldbase&mold component

*Mould life or steel for moldbase and mold component

*2D&3D drawing of the product

6.If i don't have injection machine, could you accept finished product producing?

Yes. You can send us drawing or product sample first. Once the mold is produced, then we only offer you the finished products as you require. The cost is not very high. 

7.What's the process of cooperation?

Customer RFQ——Quotation——Order confirm——Project analyzing——Mold layout design——GA drawing approval——Order steel/moldbase, component standard——Manufacture——Inspection——T1 trial——mold improvement——Texture and Engraving——Final inspection——4-6 hrs trial production before delivery——Mold packaging——Delivery
