Application:
Of all the motor applications, automotive motors are some of the most demanding and can benefit most from slot insulation using epoxy coating powder.
1. Automotive applications of motors include enclosures,vehicle components such as
ABS,HVAC,window lift, seat adjuster,sunroof and antenna, windshield wiper and fuel pump armatures,
motorcycle, electric bicycle, toy and small electromotor of home appliances rotors and many more
2. Aside from automotive motors, industrial motors can also benefit from epoxy coating powder
for slot insulation. Industrial motor applications include power tools, home appliances and so on
Work process:
High frequency deoil---fan cooling---coating---outside powder clearning---curing---air cooling
Electrostatic resin coating machine composed of pre-heating zone, cooling zone, resin coating zone and curing zone.
Rotor/Armatureis transferred to electrostaticfluidizing bed by screw for coating. Isolation power is evenly coated on its surface, and then cured by high frequency heating.
