Shenzhen Toppxon Co., Ltd is a leading manufacturer for mobile phone parts in China.
Founded in 2009, our first factory was set up in Shenzhen. Even since then, we start to focus on OEM services for replacement parts of different phones. In 2013, the factory relocated to the global factory town, Dongguan. Also moved to LCD business step by step. Now we concentrate on smart phone LCD screens.
In May 2017, the second manufacturing center is invested in Sichuan, inland of China. Where the labour cost and other relative costs are much lower. These advantages will help all our clients to build up a good competitiveness in the market. The new factory has two well-organized buildings and work shop of 116,000 square feet. Daily capacity is 12,500pcs of LCD.
To ensure every LCD module is manufactured in a quality standard, we invested in a dust-free environment at our manufacturing center since 2015. In our clean room, the humidity and temperature are set at a constant stable conditions. Every processing step is carried out accordance with ISO9001:2008 and ISO14000:2004 regulations.
Toppxon has a well trained and skilled production team. All materials are checked up by IQC (incoming quality control) team carefully before taking them into the warehouse. In the production line, special instruments, meters are used in several times of 100% IPQC (InPut Process Quality Control) inspections. After production completed, the LCDs usually keep at least 24 hours in the warehouse to wait for another 100% OQC (outgoing quality control) double-check. Which help us to keep a higher yield rate than the average level in this industry.
With an excellent and powerful R&D team, we are assiduous in technical innovation and product improvement. Each one of the LCD screen is closely monitored in terms of material selection, cleaning, production and testing. Every solution sticks to reliable function and stable performance. These ensure every piece in high quality and high fineness.
As a technology-oriented manufacturer, Toppxon is not only a producer of phone LCD, but also a solution expert. We offer different service in repairing and recycling of mobile handsets, gadget parts and components, as well as offering customers meticulous repairing services.
We have now served clients from more than 30 different countries. Our LCD screens are satisfied for various customers such as import wholesalers, refurbish factories, insurance companies, and telecommunication carriers, etc. In 2016, Toppxon annuls export volume reach 20 million US dollars.
