Analog Signal Collecting Card For Vision Measurement Machine mA level Introduction WC1000 series (the typical model is UWC1810) is a 4/8 terminal analog signal collecting card based on accurate electronic components and advanced analog circuit technology design. It is used for mV level analog voltage collecting or mA level analog current signal collecting. Features 1. 4 or 8 terminal difference, single-ended voltage signal collecting for option, the standard input voltage range is +20mV. 2. The last terminal of the UWC1810 is for -20mA-20mA current collecting, usually used for collecting 4-20mA sensor signal. 3. The difference between UWC1400 and UWC1800 is the S5-S8 PIN is NULL,other function are the same (3 terminal digital input, 2 terminal digital output, 2 terminal analog voltage output). The software readable terminal is 4 or 8. 4. RS232 or RS485 communication,32/64bit operation system compatible. Offering API interface, Demo program source code. 5. 5V excitation voltage output, suitable for connecting to the sensors such as difference strain bridge. 6. The resolution is up to 24bit, when the pressure sensor is constant, the ADC data shifting is 1/30000 to 1/10000 before digital filtering, equivalent to 15bit resolution. 7. 4/8 terminal collecting card data collecting speed is 100 times / sec / terminal. 8. Reading 8 terminal data in one time, the reading speed is 260 times per sec. 9. 2 terminal 0-10V analog voltage output, 12 bit resolution, 20 bit effective accuracy. 10. Low shifting of the collected data, operational directly when plug on but no need for warming up. The factory calibrating operation needs 5 minutes warming up. 11. API function can access multiple cards. 12. Supporting external triggered signal latch input. 13. Software is available to read the standard value of the excitation voltage. Software is available to read ADCG value (voltage and ADC data correspondence). One wire function available, reading the pressure sensor electronic label (pressure calibration value).
