Descriptions
Main application
(1) The machine is suitable for industries such as pharmacy, chemical, foodstuff, fodder, construction, etc, serving as ideal equipment for sifting and grading of granules and powder.
2. Working method
(1) The machine is composed of box, vibration source and antivibration damp.
(2) The vibration frame is connected with the sieve box with 4-12units of soft rubber to fix the antivibration damp soas to produce centrifugal force.
(3) The vibration swing is controlled by the antivibration damp to sift materials.
(4) The machine is suitable for the sifting of materials which contain much fiber, high viscosity and humidity.
The machine consists of screen box at material inlet and outlet, vibrator and shock absorber. There are 4-6 sets of flexible rubber shock absorber connected between base and screen box in up-down order. Centrifugal force is generated upon starting the machine. Control shock absorber against amplitude eccentric device correspondingly for best pertormance and material screening process in throwing vibration and loose. It is the ideal choice for pharmaceutical, food, chemical, metallurgy and electronic industries.
