Every door is controlled with 2 air-cylinders. Weighing precision is improved through secondary weighing. B. Weighing hopper Aggregate is discharged from hot storage bins to weighing hopper. Weighing hopper is hanged to steel frame through tensile sensors, which carry signals to control system. The emptying door of weighing hopper is promoted by air-cylinders. Door shafts need no lubrication, but check them every 6 months for abrasion and replace them if necessary. C. Dustproof cover There is a dustproof cover between weighing hopper, hot storage bins and mixer. Joint has a soft airproof part. The weighing hopper should not bump with cover. There is a exhaust pipe at the cover, which allows air to flow freely. When weighing hopper discharges aggregate to mixer, the inner air will expel, so as to avoid hopper to shake. Check this exhaust pipe for block every 3 months. D. Sampling window Open the sampling window at upper cover joint, get sample from each hot bin. E.
