Product catalogues are available upon requirement. - - - - Features & Advantages The epoxy resin casting dry-type transformer manufactured by Pearl Electric is a type of transformer with low noise, low loss and low partial discharge. With excellent structure, superior materials, scientific design, strict production technology and advanced testing method, the transformer also has the following advantages: 1. Self-extinguishing and inflaming retarding, fire-proof and explosion-proof, pollution-free and no toxic gas being generated. 2. Excellent damp-proof performance, capable of working under 100% relative humidity and other harsh conditions, with no damp-removing measures needed. 3. Thin resin structure realizes chap-free surface and excellent heat-dispersion performance. 4. Great overload capability, capable of operating continuously under 110% overload conditions and in case of air forced cooling, operating continuously under150% overload conditions. 5. Nice appearance, small-size, less installation space occupation and low engineering cost. 6. Each performance index and technical specification excels those specified in China GB, international IEC or industrial standards. Fire Behaviour Class The transformer fire behaviour class shall be of Class F1 in accordance with IEC 60076-11 Clause 13.3 where the transformer when subjected to a fire hazard, restricted flammability is required and the emission of toxic substances and opaque smoke shall be minimized. Overloading The transformer shall be capable of performing under temporary emergency overloading condition up to 130% in addition to its rated power for continuous loading. Winding hot spot temperature calculation to represent each rated power of the transformer offered under 130% overloading for 1 hour from initial loading of 75%, according to IEC 60076-12. Over-excitation Under normal service conditions, the transformer shall be capable of operating in overexcitation condition with an increased magnetic flux up to 110% of the nominal voltage. Short Circuit Impedance The short circuit impedance referred to the principal tapping at a reference temperature of 120C shall be 4.75% with tolerance of 10% in accordance with IEC 60076-1. Executed standards IEC60076-11, DIN42523 | - - - - About FAT test (Subject to client's requirement) # # Control on all transformers # Visual examination and verification on all transformers # Results of routine test examination 2.Test on sample (transformer) The following tests shall be performed on sample of transformers by rating power and voltage level : # Conformity to the drawings # Temperature rise test # BIL test 3.Samples test The number of samples shall be determined by using the ISO 2859-1 standard : # Special inspection level : S2 # Single sampling plan for normal inspection ; it is understood that the move to reduced or tightened controls will be in accordance with the standard mentioned above # Acceptance quality limit (AQL) : 1 The following tests shall be performed on samples : # Electrical resistance of windings measure # Impulse withstand test # transformation ratio and angle measurement o impedance voltage and load losses measure on no load losses and current measurement # Individual dielectric tests # Tests on tap changers
