11kV - 1000kVA Cast Resin Dry Type Transformer, Three Phases, Two Winding, Power Distribution Cast Resin Dry Type Transformer, Low Noise, Low Loss and Low Partial Discharge. Advantages: # # Low loss, low noise, low partial discharge, high reliability. # Strong capability with anti-short circuit, high anti-lightning impulse capability. # HV coil is vacuum casted with epoxy resin with pressure, capabilities for better the cast without pressure. # Simulating analysis being used in the core model, the resonance can be avoided and the noise is reduced. Simulation calculation and analysis of lighting impulse wave are applied to the HV Coils; anti-lighting impulse capability is improved. Packing & Shipping: Packaging Details: One unit per wooden case or pallet subject to need Ex-workDetail: 35-50work days after the whole payment HANDLING & TRANSPORT The method of handling and transport shall be executed safely with care against accidental breakage, loss or injury from the time the transformer leaves the factory until finally delivered to the assigned location as instructed by Buyer. The Tenderer shall specify the appropriate method for lifting, jacking and depending on the transformer dimension and weight as arranged for transport, the mode of transport including the type and size of the vehicle used for transportation. TRAINING OF TNB PERSONNEL (Subject to client's need) The Tenderer will be required to develop a minimum 3-day training program for the relevant Buyer stations personnel that purchased the transformer. The training program shall include classroom and practical hands-on training on the transformer maintenance, testing and repair.
