10kV Oil - Immersed Transformer, Three Phases, Two Winding, Power Distribution Introduction Oil-immersed type transformer features low noise, low loss, rational structure, high quality material, scientific design, strict production technology and advanced test method. The product also has the following additional advantages: 1. High mechanic strength, great anti-short circuit capability, excellent anti-lightning impulse capability and high reliability. All these performance indexes rank first in the industry in China. 2. Excellent overload capability, capable of continuously working under 110% rated load. 3. Low loss, energy-saving, economic and maintenance free. 4. Nice appearance, small size, less installation space occupation and low engineering cost. 5. Each performance index and technical specification excels that specified in China GB, international IEC and industrial standards. 6. Hermetically sealed corrugated tank structure is adopted, thus to effectively prevent air corrosion to the oil and prolong service lifetime of the transformer. Surge protection of non earthed HV neutral of YNd1-connected transformers The neutral ends of the HV windings of all YNd1-connected transformers with partially graded HV winding insulation (132 kV, 88 kV, 66 kV and 44 kV HV windings) shall have surge arrester protection in cases where their neutral terminals are not earthed (see note below). Arrester rating This following information shall appear on the rating and diagram plate and shall bear the following cautionary instruction: "HV winding insulation partially graded. HV neutral shall be solidly earthed or protected by a ......... kV r.m.s. continuously rated (MCOV) metal oxide surge arrester with a .......... kV peak residual voltage (10 kA)". Simulated lightning impulse wave process was carried out for HV winding mould design, thus to greatly improve product's anti-lightning impulse capability. | | - - - - Bushing # All bushings shall be in porcelain and will be fitted on the cover and waterproof. # HV bushings must be equipped with arcing horns with appropriate gap distance # The HV and LV bushings must be equipped with lugs accepting copper and Aluminum conductor with cable fixing bolts and nuts providing appropriate torque to hold a good contact with conductor. Accessory Fixation: The transformer is designed for pole mounting, the mounting system of the transformer must be adaptable to structure. Lifting hooks The lifting hooks shall be placed so that when lifting the transformer, lifting sling remains far from the bushing. Painting Protection against corrosion of the tank and other metal accessories shall be ensured by a protective coating on the basis of ISO 12944. Tap changer The transformers shall be equipped with an externally operated off-load tap changer on the high voltage winding. The tapping range shall be in 5 positions minimum -5%, -2.5, 0, +2.5%, +5%
