Features & Advantages
With excellent structure, superior materials, scientific design, strict production technology and advanced testing method, the transformer also has the following advantages:
1. Self-extinguishing and inflaming retarding
2. Excellent damp-proof performance 3. Thin resin structure realizes chap-free surface and excellent heat-dispersion performance.
4. Great overload capability
5. Nice appearance, small-size, less installation space occupation and low engineering cost.
Insulation Level
The insulation levels of the transformers shall be rated in accordance with IEC 60076-3 as
follows:
AC LI
High Voltage (Um = 12 kV) 28 kV 75 kV
Low Voltage (Um 1.1 kV) 3 kV
Note
Um : Highest Voltage For Equipment (r.m.s)
AC : Rated Short Duration Induced or Separate Source AC Withstand Voltage (r.m.s)
LI : Rated Lightning Impulse Withstand Voltage (peak) Losses
Tenderer shall state the guaranteed no-load and load loss of the transformer in Schedule A of
which the values will be used as references for evaluation of the respective test results. The
guaranteed no-load and load loss will also be used for total life cycle cost calculation as stated
under Clause 8.0 of this specification. Noise Pressure Level
The average noise pressure level of the transformer at full load shall not exceed 55 dB
measured at 1 meter from the principal radiating surface. The measurement shall be performed
according to IEC 60076-10.
