PS600NC Flat Filtration Centrifuge
The main body is in the flat structure and the heel is a rubber buffer unit. The motor is in the coupled model, with upper cover in large flip-flat closed structure, fitted on top with feed inlet, washing device, porthole, and lamp holder, able to achieve online cleaning, in clean and sanitary overall main-body structure, adaptable for standards on certification equipments of GMP enterprises. The couple motor has replaced the driving form by clutch belt pulley, able for adopting coupled double-speed motor and frequency converter operation, with production site free from contaminants and dusts, suitable for aseptic, explosion-proof, and airtight occasions. This machine not only combined the main-body structure of traditional tripod centrifuge, but also adopted the stable flat main-body structure, with preeminent performance.
Main Application
1．Chemical Industry: gypsum, thiamin, sodium sulfate, ferric sulfate, copper sulfate, nickel sulfate, potassium chloride, acetic acid, borax, soda, rubber additive, dye, paint, plastic raw material, soap, grease, various resins and other chemical products.

DHC500 Disc centrifuge
Structure and Principle:
The motor actuates the bowl through helical gear pair of clutch to rotate around the spindle at high speed. The material liquid flows to the bottom of bowl through central feed pipe on top to flow out and run into the space of bowl wall under the disc seat. In the centrifugal force field, the solid-phase granules with larger specific gravity settle to the wall of bowl, and are discharged through residue outlet under the control of sliding bowl. The liquid phase moves to the center after full sedimentation through disc and is discharged off the machine through centripetal pump.
Main Features
Strong separating capacity, with separating factors between 5000-9500 and DHY separating factor at 9290, able to achieve liquid-liquid-solid triple-phase separation; High production capacity, reachable to 10cubic meters/hour in maximum; Strong flexibility, able for either automatic or manual operation, also able to achieve remote automatic control operation. The machine is in simple structure and can be easily maintained.
Main Application
Mainly applied to separation and clarification of liquid-solid and liquid-liquid-solid separation of solid substances between 1-15% and solid-phase granules with particle size larger than 0.5um, such as oils, plant oils, animal oils, fish oils, base oils, various fuel oils, and lubricants, etc, clarification of milk products; Food: Clarification of fruit juices and separation of beer, as well as separation and clarification of fermentation liquids during fermentation brewing; Pharmaceutical: Extraction of vaccines, mycelium, glucose, insulin, antibiotic, and vitamin; Chemical: Recovery of solvent of dry-cleaning agent, galvanizing liquid, solution of aluminum sulfate, tar-water mixed liquid, PVC, PP, PE, silver (during processing of films), as well as catalyst and magnetite, etc; Traditional Chinese Medicine: separation and clarification of plant extracting solutions
