1)Supporting the use of Siemens touch screen and controller, the system runs stably and  highly integrated.

2)Touch screen display all operations page of extrusion unit, traction unit and winding uni.It can generate "material temperature - time "curve, "die pressure - time" curve , "wire diameter - time " curve, and also can export to print with user demand.

3)There’s a recipe management features.Users only need to record production parameters of various materials and form formula, keep it in the touch screen. Formula can be called directly  at the next reproduction, without having to reset up.

4)Both hardware and software have security protection circuit. User can quickly stop the machine by pressing the stop button.

1)Laser Diameter measuring  measures filament’s diameter on-line and has real-time feedback on filament diameter size. It also form a closed loop controlwith the traction motor,which adjust speed automatically and guarantee the stability of the filament diameter size, precision can be up to ±0.01mm.

2)Using high-quality servo motor to make traction unit at an accuracy speed and good stability. low speed operation and high speed operation both can maintain good torque characteristics.

1)Main motor and reducer made by NORD connect to the screw directly to drive, the noise are in a low level

1)Winding gentle and no impact starting under any traction motor speed.According to storage capability of filament,it can automatically adjust the winding motor speed and stop winding when reach the set value.

2)Filament which was produced can be winding so neatly and tidy.The filament which is take-up neat not only looks nice but also has a better user experience.
