Acoustical Enclosure for engine or air compressor

 Acoustical  Enclosure contain One-piece  Acoustical  Enclosure and Fabricated  Acoustical  Enclosure. Acoustical  Enclosure is an advisable and effective noise reduction measure, which can enclose the device with higher noise to effectively impede the outward transmission and diffusion of noise, and reduce the effect of noise on environment. Sound level difference between internal and external sound insulation hood is 20-30dB(A). Acoustical  Enclosure shell is generally made from metal materials with a certain weight and rigidity, and usually adopts 1.5~3mm thick galvanized steel plate and stainless steel plate, etc. A layer of damping layer can be set on the plate to reduce the vibration of plate, and improve the sound insulation property of  Acoustical  Enclosure. As for the equipment which needs heat dissipation, necessary ventilation duct should be reserved on the sound insulation hood. This duct must be provided with silencer. Equipment process and maintenance requirements must be met during the design of  Acoustical  Enclosure. For example, chain hoist is set in the  Acoustical  Enclosure for equipment overhaul use.  Acoustical  Enclosure is mainly applicable to the equipment which needs noise reduction, e.g. air compressor, natural gas compressor, diesel engine, gas turbine, steam turbine, motor, water pump, fan and other noisy equipment. One-piece  Acoustical  Enclosure is a sound reduction hood that the whole hood or main structure is fabricated as a whole, in which steel structure skeleton, wall and roof are generally fabricated as a whole, and silencer, sound insulation door and sound insulation window can be fabricated with main body of  Acoustical  Enclosure as a whole, but also can be separately fabricated and then assembled on the site. Fabricated  Acoustical  Enclosure is a set of noise reduction equipment that all components of  Acoustical  Enclosure are prefabricated in the factory and then assembled on the site. Sound reduction hood produced by our company now has achieved design standardization, batch fabrication, product seriation and installation modularization, which greatly improve the quality of sound reduction hood, and reduce the cost of sound reduction hood.
