Detailed Description
I. Overview
FMZ stainless steel self-priming pump (chemical self-priming pump) is a product 
with novel structure, which is developed on the basis of repeated studies of 
fellow products from home and abroad. For the adoption ofaxial backflow and unique design of valve and impeller passage, the pump doesn’t need foot valve or irrigation water as other general self-priming clean water pump.Its non-clogging impeller
could suck and discharge the medium containing large solid particles and long fibers.
It is widely used in municipal sewage projects, aquaculture manure handling, impurity precipitation of waste mine. It is an ideal trash pump for chemical medium in the field of light industry, paper making, food, chemical, pharmaceutical, power, etc. Stainless steel self-priming pump (chemical self-priming pump), compared with fellow products at home, it has many advantages, such as, simple structure, good self-priming performance, (self-priming height up to 5m), good pollution resistance,  high energy efficiency, and easy maintenance. The indicators of the pump is at the leading position in China. Ithas reached the international advanced level with vast market prospect.

III. Mechanical Seal Installation
  • When replacing the mechanical seal, specifications, models should be conformed to the original ones;
  • During the installation of mechanical seal, it should be kept clean, and can not be beaten in order to prevent damage or destruction;
  • The surface of sealed valve and dynamic and static ring should be coated with a layer of clean and transparent oil when installing;
  • Place the stationary seal ring and big rubber ring in the pump cover, then set together on the shaft (Note: dynamic battle pinmust be aligned with the driving hole of the impeller).
  • Integral shells funding seat, spring and thrust ring as one-piece, and pushing it onto principle axialat the strength point of spring surface.  The thrust to compress the spring 2-4mm and sliding on the shaft is  appropriate. If it can slide without compressing the spring, then the rotating seal ring fits loosely with the principle axial and the friction is small. If the rotating ring and seal ring can not slide by compressing the spring for more than 6mm, then they fit too close. Mechanical seal should be checked if it is consistent with the original.
