The paper machine designed for producing kraft paper and corrugated paper uses wood pulp board, waste paper, timber, bamboo, rice straw, bagasse, and other pulps to produce the paper at 50 to 300g/m². The machine is primarily used to make Kraft paper, corrugated paper, cardboard paper, and more. Trimmed width of the paper ranges form 1092mm to 3300mm. The design capacity of the packaging and wrapping paper machine is 10-150t/d.

This packaging paper machine is designed for both single and double layers. It comes in a variety of models, including the 1092 type, 1575 type, 1760 type, 1880 type, 2100 type, 2400 type, 2880 type, 3200 type，3600 type，4200 type and 4800 type. The number represents the machine deckle. It can also be equipped with a relevant device, according to paper grammage, machine speed, output, and other parameters.

Main Structure1) HeadboxThis Kraft paper machine is supplied with an open headbox that consists of the taper pipe, stepped diffuser, rectifier roll and box. The top and lower lips of the slice are made of stainless steel. The top lip can be adjusted both fully and locally.

2) Forming Section (Wet End)The fourdrinier table comes with a length of 20,000mm. With the exception of the bearing block, which is made of aluminum alloy, the table frame is completely welded from structural steel, and externally covered by a layer of 1.5mm stainless steel. The forming section of the corrugated paper machine consists of the breast roller, forming board, foils, suction boxes, vacuum couch roll, table roll, corrector, wire lightener, and edge warping device.

3) Press SectionThe press section is comprised of a vacuum suction pickup roll and three suction rolls. The paper from this section comes with a dryness of 40% or more.

4) Dryer SectionThe cardboard paper machine is equipped with 30 φ1500mm dryer cylinders in the dryer section. They are arranged in a 6+6+6+6+6 mode. In each group, there is a cooling cylinder, driven by five dryer felts.

5) Calender and Winding MachineThe paper machine for packaging and wrapping paper uses a three roll calender and horizontal paper winding machine.

6) Drive and Control SectionThe paper machinery uses an AC variable frequency sectional drive system and an all-digital closed loop control system.
