Our company, KLARM , is set up by industrial design engineers from Philips and ex,old designers from this company. Together we design hundreds of plastic components for shavers and other domestic appliances.At that time we also outsourced a lot of plastic injection mold design in China, sometimes in combination with plastic product and mould development. Ever mold as different tooling requirements cause of the differences in Quality.In 2005 we decided to set up our own facility and f on we designed and made molds for a wide range of customers. Such as automotive, sports, furniture, electronics and so on. After 10 years of doing plastic injection mold and product design projects We feel we offer a unique service to include the "moldability" of your product designs. We offer a dedicated team of engineers and we can assist you in the product development process form A to Z., dedicated in the field of plastic injection mold design engineering . In our mold making factory we have several cnc , edm machinery and 4-5 injection molding machines to serve your manufacturing needs.Our mold design process will go as follow;

analysis part design
moldflow simulation
- Moldflow analysis (This program simuates the Plastic flow during injection molding and it aso shows the deformation during a cooling simulation)
mold drawing
- we use sophisticated 3d design/engineering software such as siemens NX . Autocad in some cases
mold drawing presentation

So to avoid miscommunication ( and dissapointments) and last but not least to stay within your budget our company will provide a fully design for manufacturing report (DFM).

What of you donnot have a 3d cad file?

First we give an indicative price for making a mold at out mold making and the unit price, based on th emain dimesnions of a product. We can do this within a day. At this point, we decided to go or not go to the next step of the process.
