In 2014 and 2016, SGB built advanced Lost Foam Process and V-process casting production lines respectively, and the casting capacity increasing from 8000 tons/year to 12000 tons/year, and the maximum casting capacity of a single piece is 20 tons. In order to cooperate with the transformation and upgrading of casting, SGB has introduced dozens of CNC processing equipment in recent years, and all casting tooling has realized NC intelligent production, which has improved the accuracy of model size and production efficiency, and shortened the production cycle.
