We have “new micro-alloying additives “patented technology, and become medium-sized trial base for the Chinese Technology Association of LFC and PVC Tribology and Protective Materials Research Center of Henan University of Science and Technology, it was also awarded the model base for the EPC and V-method technical committee. JYS is an integrated enterprise with the ability to technical research, produce and sell.
The company covers an area of 40 acres, a total investment of 100 million RMB. We are excellent in the manufacture of wear-resistant, high temperature-resistant, corrosion-resistant materials, Currently, it has Two sand production line, one V-method casting production line, one EPC production line; two 5T MF furnaces, two 3T MF furnace, two 1T MF furnace, six heat treatment furnace (one 40T,one 20T,one 15T ,three 5T), heat treatment pool 2000m3 water, with the annual capacity of 15,000 tons. We aim to be the largest manufacture of wear resistant material of Mid-South China.
