4.key pellet machine has two layers ring die inside , when works ,roller assemble will move ,ring die keeps stable , by its pressure ,will press high density pellets . Also the two layers ring die :top layer and bottom layer, when machine works, roller assemble only touch with bottom ring die layer, when top ring die layer is broken, then take over the ring die and make top layer into bottom,in this way one ring die can use two times , also top layer and bottom layer hole can be different , so one ring die also can press two dimension pellets.but other suppliers pellet machine only has one layer ring die and only can press one type, this technology is our national patent.
