D51 series vertical type ring rolling machine is widely used in manufacturing bearing outer ring,gearing blank,pipeline flange,welding neck flange in the fields of machinery,auto,train,ship,petroleum and chemicals,aerospace,atomic energy,wind generator.It has advantages of rolling and forming at one time,high production efficiency,impove blank precision,reduce turning remainder,improve steel utilization,improve cutting performance,improve inner quality of forging, good economic benefit.
[Performance Characteristics]
Compared with open die forging, ring rolling close die forging has advantages as follow:
1.High efficiency.It is 3-4 times than open die forging,the yield is dozens of times.Large,middle,small scale circular forgings can be machined.
2.High material utilization.high dimention precision,forging tolerance is 1/3-1/4 time than open die forging.If adopt coinning, the forging tolerance is down to 0.1-0.05mini,save 30%-60% material,and machining time,reduce the cost,have good economic benefit.
3.The ring rolling forgings have smooth surface, using precision forging can replace machining.
4.Good product quality. Rolling of metal fiber ring continuously distributed in the circumferential direction , and the force and wear parts used to adapt. In most cases, the internal ring rolling dense , fine grain size , mechanical properties significantly higher than other methods for processing the ring
5.It can machine complicated shaped forgings.It is difficulty to realize in open die forging equipment.
6.Small equipment tonnage,large processing range.Ring Rolling partial pressure forming process is a continuous accumulation of small deformation , small contact area between the workpiece and the mold, so a small force needed to deform , small equipment tonnage.
[Working Principle]
Heat the ring blank3 to 950-1050℃,and put it around the back-up roller2,then make the rotating roller1 down to rolling workpiece,the thickness of workpiece decreases,perimeter extends and the hole expands.The roller4 stabilize and full circle in the processing.The roller 5 begin to rotate when predefined dimension is finish,meanwhile the roller 1 up to original position,the processing is finished.
D52 series horizontal ring rolling machine adopts PLC programmed controlled,digital display,one direction rolling.It is better to use this model machining high quality seamless rings.It is widely used to machining forgings of bearing ring,gear ring,flange,hub,thin-wall cylinder in the material of carbon steel,stainless steel,titanium alloy,copper alloy,aluminium alloy and high temperature alloy.This model is widely used in the field of machinery industry,petrochemical industry,textile industry and aerospace industry.
