The girder transporter can carry the bridge girder launcher to another worksite in short distance, and also carry it to pass the passenger special double line tunnel.

3. The installation method and steps of ZZHZ Brand Bridge Girder Transporter Girder Carrying Vehicle Girder Carrier
a. In order to assemble all parts of the girder transporter, assembly should be based on following procedures, learn circuit and hydraulic system knowledge before assembly.
b. Unload all spear parts on the vehicle and in the container, do merge sort on them. Set up wood or steel support parts under mechanical components to avoid damaging the paint surface;
c. Check all transportation documents
d. Main girder is put on stable strut member in accordance with design specified height
e. Connect main girder segments
f. Assemble wheels, then install all wheels sets on the main girder
g. Assemble motive power parts at the rear part of the vehicle
h. Assemble driver’s rooms respectively at front and rear part of the vehicle
i. Check all connecting bolts with torque wrench, based on various moment in the appendix.

k. Refer to the wiring number in the wiring diagram, use guide line to connect all control panels and set up pull box on the vehicle;
l. Clean oil filter. This operation is necessary as well as cleaning impurity in the pipe, because the impurity will destroy hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor;

4. Operating requirements and attention of ZZHZ Brand Bridge Girder Transporter Girder Carrying Vehicle Girder Carrier
a. It is forbidden to use the equipment in bad weather such as heavy wind, rain and fog, snow and other conditions
b. The equipment is not allowed to work as the wind force is over 7 grade, if the wind force is over 11 grade, take measures to ensure the stability of the equipment;
