Fan heater

  Electric Air Duct Heater is mainly used to heat up the air in the air duct,which can be classified into three

types: high temperature, medium temperature and low temperature. They have something in common: 1.their

structure is designed with steel plate to support the heating tube to reduce the vibration of the heating tube

when the fan stops working.; 2.The over-temperature controller is installed in the Junction box.

    The low temperature type air duct heater is directly installed on the airduct, while the medium temperature

type and high temperature type,each of them has a 100mm  thermal insulation material between the outer wall

of the channel and the heater Junction boxdue to the diffrent structure. Thus, on the one hand, it reduces the

external heat dissipation of the whole passageway, on the other hand it also decreases the temperature in the

wiring chamber.

Characteristics of Electric Air Duct Heater(gas heater)

1. Electric heating tube uses stainless steel belt around outside which enlarges the heat dissipation area.Thus

it improves the heat exchange efficiency greatly.

2. Heater is reasonable designed, small wind resistance,uniform heating,no high and low temperature blind

angle.

3. Heat thermostat and fuse protector are installed in the heater to controll the temperature in the air duct to

keep it from overheating or functionning without wind to avoid any possible mistake.
