The thinnest wall thickness package mould we ever made is 0.35mm. Usually these kind of moulds have terribly high requirements in output and cycle time, in order to meet and exceed the customers’ request, all thin wall package mould we made is free hand-fitting and within +/- 0.02mm concentricity
Tianyi Mould Factory built in 1996, which occupies about 7000㎡ and have about 100 workers, is a private factory focusing on thin wall packaging parts and mould research, design, manufacture.
In 2010, we have a good chance to entry the thin wall packaging area with our NZ customers’ help and support. Now we have a lot of experience in making thin wall packaging moulds and therefore understand what is important to ensure the product quality and mould life is achieved.
In order to meet higher requirement, Tianyi have purchased many advanced machines, which can improve precision greatly, at the same time saving much labor cost and reducing mould lead time.
