KH super-sized plastic injection molding machine is he technical innovation of large injection technology. The digitalized multi-point compound injection with not runner outside the mold has optimized the molding path in the couse of injection . As comparted with the tradition single nozzle injection technology ,the average pressure of die chamber ,injection pressure and mold locking force in the large injection course are geatly reduced ,with enables materials of poor fluidity(rectimed waste plastic and materials of small melt index) liabel to take shape .besides,the products have even stress and secured quality.
This super-sized machine directly exerts mold locking force on the molds and thus releases the machine frame form the bear of gear of geat mold locking force and tremendously reduce the weight ,volume and power dissipation of the plastic injection molding machine .the large molds are installed vertically under reasonable stress,which can avoid accidents caused by loosened large mold and displacment when large molds are installed by horizontal injection molding machine.
Continual preplastication. In the processing couse ,the screw of this super-sized machine keeps running ,which quite differs form the traditional machine, where the material feed stops with the stop of the screw. Thanks to the realization of continual preplastication ,the screw diameter and power waste in preplastication are greatly lowered.
Simple technology for taking product cart. This machine opers molds in a vertical mold. When molds are opened ,the products automatically fall onto the product collection cart. This device auto retreat to the initial point and finishes the full automatic process.
Easy loading and unloading of molds . This machine is provided with mold cart which carries molds for horizonatl motion. Loading and unloading of molds inside the machine frame need not lifting device ,which has tremendously facilitated users and reduced time for loading and unloading molds and improved safety.
