Detail Company Introduction
Royal Formosa Tiger Industrial Co.,Ltd. A Connecting Rod Manufacturer was founded in 1987. We have more than 20 years’ experience making all kinds of connecting rods. We are major player in manufacture, design, and development of connecting rods for motorcycles, motocross, dirt bikes, outboards, jet skis, ATVs, small aircraft, snowmobiles, chain saws, and lawn mowers.
Our connecting rods are known around the world for their excellent quality. Customers demanding high quality con-rod kits have praised us throughout the Europe.
Royal Rods are created from AISA8620 and JIS SCM420H case-hardened steel. Our con-rods also undergo double forging and precision to be finished. The carburizing depth of our heat treatment is 0.8~1.2m/m and the hardness degree is HRC60-62. After passing through sub-zero treatment and honing, the roundness tester is within 0.003 and the surface tester Ra is within 0.2.
In order to reach the best quality, our company also processes with the most advanced machinery from Japan, U.S.A and Germany so that the con-rod’s parallel distortion can fill the requirements.
