Detail Company Introduction
PartnerPCB services means PCB design and PCB layout, PCB fabrication and PCB manufacture, PCB assembly. Schematic entry of the design begins shortly after fully documenting the product details with clients. And then the electronic data will be extracted and imported into a PCB design / PCB layout tool(Cadence, Mentor Graphics or Altium Design). We will then create the overall dimension of the PCB, then place components onto the PCB design and timely communication with clients. And then the critical nets will be routed (clocks, USB, DDR, etc), followed by any other traces. Power integrity and signal integrity analysis will automatically be done on PCB designs that we feel are necessary. Once PCB design is finished, the PCB gerber files will be packaged and a physical PCB will be created based on infomation in this package. PCB assembly is the next step. This first entails component procurement for all the parts in the pcb design 'bill of materials'. And with the PCB and parts in hand, we will assemble your product with a team of seasoned manufacturing people.
