Mould Racking

Mould Racking is used to put various of mold. According to loading capacity there are light mold racking and heavy mold racking. Mould racking have hoist on the top to lift the mold onto racking system.

Major structure:

Mold racking use No.100 channel steel or racking post to be post. Post was made from quality Q235 steel coil.

The drawer base was made from 4.0mm bending parts, guide rail and drawer was assembled with post.

Quality wheel was used to drive the drawer, the wheel can work under heavy loading up to 1000kg.
