Eddy current separator makes use of induced current generated by conductor in the high frequency alternating magnetic field. During operation, there is high frequency alternating magnetic field in the surface of the in the surface of separation magnetic rollers.When non-ferrous metals pass through the magnetic field ,eddy current will be appeared in the non-ferrous metal,it will produce the magnetic field opposite to the origin, non-ferrous metal (such as copper, aluminum, etc.) leap forward along the transport direction, because of the the repulsion of the magnetic field. Realizing the separation with other nonconductive materials or other separation of or nonmetal materials.
