Among them, two critical scientific research projects: “research in hollow cathode nitrogen ion cladding wear-resisting technology and equipment” and “research of numerical control plasma cladding technology and equipment”, have passed the appraisal of achievements by Henan Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and won the technical evaluation of advanced level internationally and domestically respectively. It is actually verified that the service life has prolonged 2-5 times for the reinforced scraper conveyor middle groove, mixing machine cutter, sandstone feeding helical blade.
