JingCai Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2002 in Japan (the former XWGK Plastic Technology Co., Ltd.). The company moved to China in 2006 because of its continuous development and the large demand for raw materials. In 2008, the Chinese government began to enhance the environmental pollution control to foreign enterprises and many foreign companies couldn’t get the fast green channel in logistics anymore. In 2009, the XWGK Company was officially taken over by JingCai Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. After that the company made a acquisitions, after strengthening in raw material purchasing and freight make a significant adjustment and strengthen the management both in logistics and raw materials purchasing. At present our clients have already spreaded throughout many countries in Asia, Europe and the United States.
