One Step Tests for drugs of abuse are lateral flow, one-step, qualitative, competitive inhibition immunoassays. One-Step DOA tests are based on the principle of the highly specific immunochemical reactions of antigens and antibodies.
One-Step drug of abuse (DOA) rapid Screening tests employ unique monoclonal antibodies to selectively identify specific drugs of abuse and the corresponding metabolites in urine samples with a high degree of sensitivity and specificity.
At present, we have 12 drug of abuse test devices (test strip or test cassette) , which test AMP, BAR, BZO, COC, MDMA, mAMP (MET) , MOR (MOP) , MTD, OPI, PCP, TCA and THC respectively. At the same time, DOA test panels are widely used for urine sample screening.
