CSE is a professional manufacturer of wet chemical processing systems applied in semiconductor, solar photovoltaic, LED and FPD industries in China , mainly supplies wafer wet bench, quartz-tube cleaning machine, solar wafer etching and cleaning equipment, LCD Developing & Etching Processor, CDS(Chemical Distribution System) and etc.
CSE was invested by Beijing HL Company and SINANO( Suzhou Institute of Nano-Tech and Nano-Bionics, Chinese Academy of Sciences.) Beijing HL Company established in 2001,engaged in semiconductor wet processing systems for nealy 10 years, has built large and steady customer groups in semiconductor industry. SINANO is established by China Academy of Sciences, JiangSu Privince Government and Suzhou Government, there are many professional experts in it, most of them have studied and researched in Germany or USA, owning Doctor degree, and then went back to China, worked for SINANO. Now CSE has developed many mid-market customers in semiconductor，solar PV and LED industries.
