WT-9001 is useful to the frozen food industry from processing, transportation to storage and retail. Some products especially frozen food require a certain temperature to maintain freshness. For example: dairy produce, health drinks infused with bacteria culture, meat, seafood and ice cream. For such cold rooms used to store such produce, a temperature range is set on both the lower and upper limits. When either the lower or upper limits are exceeded, the manager or owner of the facility is immediately alerted. The authorised person in charge initiates corrective action from a remote location via text message/SMS alert with a mobile device. Such remedial action involves diverse possibilities of manipulation of temperature such as switching on the fan, resetting the ELCB, shutting down the AC or even modifying fan speed. The authorised person is also able to receive accurate reports on the temperature reading via analogue input signals. Once the temperature is restored to the authorised comfortable range, the alarm ceases and the unit reverts to routine operational mode. Its capability to receive alerts and relay commands via text message/SMS commands makes the device cost effective as there is no additional expenditure for specific controller devices. The WT-9001 IP65 allows users to be in control even when they are away. The WT-9001 IP65 allows the use of mobile devices to monitor and control your business from remote locations. Its alarm triggering ability provides a flexible way to distribute critical trigger limits and alarm information to any number of authorised mobile device users. WT-9001 IP65 has the capacity to monitor 8 digital switch inputs and 4 analogue inputs A SMS alarm message is be sent when inputs exceed preset limits. When preset limits are violated, a trigger is sent via an alarm message to authorised users with privileges and access to initiate remedial action from remote locations. The user can also query and determine such trigger alarm alert inputs through SMS messaging to determine the complexity/seriousness of the situation. The WT-9001 Series also has 8 relay outputs which can be activated via SMS and used to switch lamps, pumps, heaters etc in order to reverse the situation and neutralise the alarm. The WT-9001 IP65 comes complete with an LCD display, back up battery and built-in Tri-Band or Quad-Band Module.
