PVC, EVA, PE waterproof coiled geomembrane production line is mainly used in the production of PVC floor leather products and PVC waterproof membrane products. This production line has the advantages of compact structure, convenient operation, can produce single-layer and multi-layer composite products just by equipping with different components according to customer s requirements; it can also equip with the unwinding device, to produce reinforced products or surface composite non-woven fabrics and PVC decorative film products etc.. The production line is composed of: SJZ80/156 conical double-screw extruder, SJZ92/188 conical double-screw extruder, die head, six roller calender, temperature control system, upper and lower unwinding device, edge cutting device / cooling bracket, online crushing machine, haul-off machine, horizontal cutting device, double-station rewinder, mixing / feeding system, electrical control system.
