Standing out from ring dies and other pellet mills is that our flat die pellet mill invent three rollers,
adding one more roller. in this case, the bearing is enlarged, which can bear more pressure,
increase output, decrease friction, and delay lifetime. Besides, all key parts rollers and flat die
are made by our CNC systems, through high technical heat treatment , we can ensure HRC
larger than 50 degree, standing our from other suppliers is that we could ensure its high
precision and durable working efficiency.

lubricate three rollers, vertical shaft , gears, bearings automatically , no need to add any oil
each two weeks, but other supplier machines need to add oil after working 4 hours, very trouble

Note : Before pressing pellets, the raw moisture size must be smaller than flat die hole size ,
max 10mm. raw moisture is between 15%-20%.
