XCO-F series Hydro Extracor for Loose Fiber Cake

It is designed for loose fiber cake dewatering process.

Machine features:

1. The lifting centrifuge is suitable for centrifuging dyed and bleached fiber cakes.

2. Dyed fiber cake on lifting disk , the extraction chains are suspended from the sturdy upper part of the basket, suitable for transportation.

3. The dimensions of the centrifuge basket (inner diameter, center dome, inner height ) are designed according to the dimension of the fiber cake.

4. The basket outer wall is tapered ( enlarged) towards the top, so that the fiber cake can be easily removed from the centrifuge basket after the hydro-extracting process.

5. Advanced inverter control system for timing, automatic braking and varied revolving speed as requirement for excellent performance.

6. Pneumatic lid device is for safe operation.

7. Fully controlled by electrical apparatus without machine brakes, thus can reduce mechanical maintenance greatly.

8. Special designed driving motor with special designed bottom plate for stronger and heavy rotation speed.
