1.Shenyang Hermos internal grinder is two-axis CNC vertical grinding machine, a fixture grinding bore, small end, multi-stage holes.

2. The grinding head of this cnc grinding machine adopts high-power electric grinder, which is driven by static inverter.

3. All rails are made of high-precision, high vibration resistance Schneeberger roller guides.

4. Shenyang Hermos adopts Siemens as the machine control system, surface grinder machine the feed axis is Siemens servo motor driven ball screw.

5. Workpiece spindle uses high precision large contact pairs corner bearing, workpiece speed AC variable frequency, variable speed.

6. Machine Tool and ball screw are lubricated automatically by lubrication station with a sealed enclosure protection cover.

7. The machine can be equipped with multi-point pitch circle of the cylinder as the power source of the positioning jig gear automatic fixture pots and various special fixtures.

8. Machine grinding process using fixed-size control, optional grating closed loop control.
