Ultra-light firebricks are used for making the furnace lining. The heat element is a alloyed wire that coiled and mounted on the furnace side, the furnace door and the furnace back wall. The trolley is equipped with pressure-proof and high-temperature resistance casting steel plate. The furnace door device consists of furnace door, the winding gear, and the door hold-down gear.
