Aluminum plastic separation recycling machine

Aluminum plastic separation recycling machine is used to separate and recycle aluminum and plastic from scrap aluminum plastic composite materials. The working procedure of the aluminum plastic separation recycling machine consists of five steps.

1. Crushing.

Putting the aluminum plastic packaging of waste composite materials into the crusher for crushing.

2. Grinding.

Because the aluminum-plastic plate is very light and the adhesion between aluminum and plastic is very high, the broken waste composite materials should be ground into powder.

3. Screening.

The particles that are not completely ground into powder can be screened out by using the rotary vibrating screen and returned to the grinding machine for grinding again.

4. Electrostatic separation.

Based on the conductive principle, the metal and nonmetal mixture are separated in a closed high voltage electric field, and aluminum and plastic are separated. The recovery rate of metal is more than 99%.
