•1.Do you provide free samples ? Dear customers, as usual, sample will be charged and sent out by freight collect. But , for some stock item, we can provide you free sample, but you should pay for the delivery cost.•2.Do you accept small quantity for trial order? Dear customer, we can accept small quantity for trial order to support your business. But please be advised that on our peak season, it is difficult to be arranged.•3.How is your delivery time ? If you have a new product , then we can accept this as per your request.For our air humidifier and air purifier , it is okay.•6.Do you accept color box packing when quantity is below MOQ ?Dear customer , yes we can make it. But the cost of the printing plate fee will be included in unit price.•7. Are you BSCI proved factory ? And have you passed any audits?
