Aetna Guizhou Resource Recycling Technology Co. Ltd was founded in 2011 by Beijing Antai Xinbang Investment Co. Ltd. in Tongren city of Guizhou province Yuping Dong Autonomous County to invest in the construction, is located in Yuping County Shuangqiao Industrial park. The company plans a total investment of 3000000000 Yuan, 2400000000 yuan in fixed assets, current assets 600000000 yuan, the company is divided into three phases of construction, put into production after the treatment of waste tires, rubber, plastic, glass, 500000 tons, processing capacity ranking first in the country, the annual output value of 4000000000 yuan, tax will be RMB 350000000 yuan.
The first phase of the project in 2012 May to start the construction, has been basically completed and put into trial production. Have been completed and ten fine carbon black production line, annual output of 20000 tons of fine carbon black; three automatic rubber powder production line, annual production capacity of 50000 tons, 10000 tons of steel wire rubber powder; rubber floor, the plastic runway production line, annual production capacity of plastic floor, 400000 square meters of the runway. The technology belongs to the domestic advanced level, production capacity ranks the forefront. The two phase of the project started in 2013 May, construction of the annual output of 200000 tons of reclaimed rubber production line (tyre reclaimed rubber, reclaimed rubber, Ding Ji three EPDM reclaimed rubber, reclaimed rubber, reclaimed rubber latex Ding Qing) and the use of reclaimed rubber production mine conveyor belt, civilian power car tire, low speed tire, fine carbon black, activated carbon, color masterbatch, fetal pad, rubber flooring, plastic runway production base. In support of Yuping County, the county government and leaders at all levels, land acquisition, field leveling and plant construction work progressed very quickly. At present, the land has been basically completed, planning demonstration plant has been completed, the field leveling has been completed 250000 square meters, plant a total built 120000 square meters, workshop production facilities have been completed part of the ordered, water, electricity, roads and other supporting project is orderly construction.
