Third, application objects
1. Matrix resin: PE, PP, PS, PC, AS, ABS, PVC, SBS, polyester, polyether, polyamide, makrolon and thermoplastic, thermosetting resin and other elastomers.
2. Inorganic fillers: CaCO3, MgCO3, BaSO4, CaSO4, MgO, Al(OH)3, talc powder, mica powder, lithopone, titanium dioxide, wollastonite ,pyrophyllite powder, Sepiolite powder, carbon black, argil, bentonite, aluminium metallurgy red mud, iron oxide red, chrome yellow, phthalocyanine blue, antimonous oxide, APP, zinc metaborate and so on.
Fourth, characteristics
1. It is stable, light color, non-toxic, no ordour, cooperative stability and lubrication, little additive amount, no need to dilute, easy use.
2. It improves filling amount of inorganic fillers in resin (plastic, rubber, and paint and compound products), tensile strength, impact strength, and fracture elongation, reduces system viscosity, improves performance, and reduces energy and cost.
Fifth, how to use
1. Pre-drying the fillers in 100-110? to remove free moisture, and time is according to the content of free moisture.( free moisture content is controlled ?0.3%, 2-5minutes)
2. Stir the dry fillers in kneader for 5-10 minutes in 100-120?, and notice content of stearic acid organic alcohol with carboxyl and alkyl. Add it in 3-5minutes, when coupling agent has activation modification reaction to fillers (generally 1 minute before finish).
Sixth, notice
1. Appropriate use level, for plastic, injected or extrusion molded soft and hard products, additive amount is 0.8-12%; for foaming soft products or other process molding products, additive amount is 0.6-1.3% carbon black. For Al(OH)3 and high ratio surface or high activity surface, additive amount is 1.5-2.0%.
2. There should be little stearic acid in the formula; additive amount is 0.5-0.8%.
3. It should be placed in dry place, kept from water, moisture and fire. Use it off one time or re-sealed after opening. Storage time is 10 months.
