GZ Type Electric-vibrating Feeder: GZ Type Electric-vibrating Feeder is a new-type feeding equipment widely used in cement, mine, metallurgy, coal, building materials, chemical industry, ceramics, food, light industry, and electric power industry. It is applicable for feeding the lump, graininess and powder materials uniformly, continuously or quantificationally into the material receiving device, such as belt conveyor, bucket elevator, screening equipment, crusher, and grinder by storage silo or funnel. It can be used for automatic ingredient and portion pack. Also it can be used in automatic control flow to realize work flow automation. Features of GZ Type Electro-vibrating Feeder: 1 It is of low power consumption, low starting current, and low noise. 2 The feed tank is of little wear and is applicable for transitting of materials with strong wearability. 3 There is no rotation part. The bearing, the reducing gear, and the lubrication are not necessary. 4 The GZ Type Electro-vibrating Feeder is of high efficiency, simple operation, little investment, light weight, and easy maintenance. 5 The feed quantity is of infinitely variable control and can be matched with electronic scale, microcomputer control equipment to realize the centralized control and automatic control of work flow. 6 It adopts the trough made of alloy steel plate and is applicable for transitting materials of high temprature, bad abrasion, and corrosivity.
