Wanda Aluminum Co.,Ltd is located in high-tech industrial park of Huiguo town Gongyi city Henan province, which is a private joint-stock enterprises with total assets of 30 billion RMB, and covers an area of 1,000,000 square meters. It is also the top 100 industrial enterprises and the top 50 private technology enterprise in Henan province. With a long term development since July 2002, the company up till now has more than 2600 employees, among which there are more than 300 senior engineers and 120 quality inspectors. We are committed to producing professional aluminum sheet, coil, and foil and with an annual production capacity of 300,000 tons and can produce 1-8 series of various alloy products. We have many years of experience, insist on keeping with the times, developing new products and innovation independently.
PS base plate, tab stock, can stock, automotive plate, keyboard material are our advantage products. We are one of a few companies who can produce the can stock in domestic market. This kind of technology represented the first rank processing level in aluminum plate and strip and also changed the long-term situation of can stock material relying on importing. Hot-rolled plate, extra-wide extra-thick hard-alloy aluminum plate, embossed aluminum plate and so on has filled a gap in domestic market. Over the past few years, the products were detected qualified by National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of Building and Decoration Materials and get through (CSS) ISO9001:2008 quality system, CSS factory certification and DNV certification. These products are widely used in the field of aeronautic & astronautics, transportation, electricity & electronics, packaging and decoration.
The main processing equipments are: (1+4) type 2400mm hot rolling production line, 2450mm cold mill, 2050mm cold mill, 1065 double rolls of foil mill, 1850mm continuous cold rolling line, 10m hardening furnace, tension pre-stretching machine, 1750mm, 2450mm continue-casting production line etc. It is worth mentioning that (1+4) hot rolling production line is designed and installed by our company independently and owns all the independent intellectual property right, which has already been the leader in the domestic market because of its casting capacity, speed and width. With complete related facilities we can absolutely meet customers’ high quality requirement.
