Production Monitoring
PM is to verify that the factory operators have the correct production processes to produce your product.
Pre Production Inspection
The Pre-Production Inspection (PPI) is the inspection process starting with a through detailed assessment and inspection of raw materials and components. It happens when the evaluation of new supplier is completed and right before the beginning of mass production. We will ensure that your specifications are understood by the factory and to prevent any potential flaws in the production resources, materials, schedules, management and more. We will also check on the quality of components, materials, and accessories at the beginning of the production against clients’ specifications and/or reference samples
During Production Inspection
A During Production Check (DUPRO) will identify any issues early in the manufacturing cycle, When around 20%-30% of the production is complete, we will examine the quality of the semi-manufactured/finished products, packaging to ensure that the quality conforms to your requirements
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI) is also known as Final Random Inspection. When 80% of your order is complete, or you want 100% of the products to be ready for this inspection. Our qualified engineers select random samples from finished goods according to the accepted international statistical standards. we will comprehensively review and test your product, ensuring it meets agreed upon specifications
Container Loading Check
CLC is the loaded onto your container before signing the final payment and settlement of the last step, Our qualified engineers will closely monitor the loading process and ensure proper handling of the cargo, to Ensure the final details of your product are correct, This includes a condition evaluation of the shipping container, verification of product information, quantities being loaded, packaging compliance, and overall supervision of the loading process
Sorting Inspection
This service can ensure the quality of every product to meet customer requirements.
We will send an engineer and several staff to the scene to pick 100% inspection, to ensure that each product can meet the requirements of customers, all defective products will be detected
