Production introduction The high-grade water based ink is formulated with nanoscale organic (inorganic) pigment, imported special low molecular water-soluble resin and related additives by certain physical and chemical processes; non-VOC emission, odorless, non-toxic, non flammable, non-explosive, OHS safe; high color strength and clear color transition; used in printing by simply adding water, applicable to a wide range of laminating plastic substrate, such as: OPP, PET, CPP, PA, AL etc.; specially innovated for rotogravure reverse lamination printing with 150m-180m/min high speed. Product Features ① Stable ability, Long storage time (sealed for more than one year). 　 ② High solid content; High color chroma; Low viscosity; Good laminating ability; Excellent liquidity; ink saving, good for rotogravure high-speed printing. ③ Excellent adhesion and water proof. 　 ④ Excellent color strength; High gloss and color consistence. 　 ⑤ Fine particle size, homogeneous distribution; Fast drying; Excellent leveling. 　 ⑥ High temperature resistance, chemical resistance(or customize by customers’ demand). ⑦ Good rub resistance; Excellent transferability, recoatability; Clear color transition. 　 ⑧ Excellent printability, suitable for all kinds of plastic film substrates to satisfy the customers’ need, such as PE,OPP, RCPP, PET, NY(PA ) etc. C.
